The newest Thimbleberries Club information is available. We are very excited about next year's club. Lynette Jensen and her staff have gone back to the basics. We will be making one, yes one, block a month which will later be turned into two quilts. The first quilt is a lap-sized quilt called "Sunrise" and features the colors of spring. The second is a 45" square entitled "Sunset" and features the colors of fall. There will be a book, Circle of Love, that will use these blocks to make other quilts if you so desire. There will also be a special stencil set for quilting the quilts. As with the patterns, the book and stencils will only be available to Club Members. Membership fee is $20.00 for the year.

Quilter's Schoolhouse

This is a new monthly class to be offered by Tumbleweed employees. We will cover the "basics" of quilting. For those of you who are self-taught and want to know if you are doing things the easiest and quickest way, this is going to be our forum for teaching you these things. Each month our topic will be different. Let us know what you are interested in covering! Topics to be announced. Class dates: January 29th, February 19th, March 26th and April 30th. Times are 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. Class fee is $5.00.

Quilt and Craft Fair November 27th, 10-5 PM and 28th. 12 Noon-4 PM. Come see what we have for sale. Lots of things you have seen as store samples: quilts, table runners, bags, wall hangings, penny rugs, soaps, candles and other handmade items. Tell all those friends who have been hounding you to make quilts for them (but you don't have time), to come over and buy one of ours.
